**UPDATES TO ENLISTMENT GIFTING EVENT:**
To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. **KNOWN ISSUE**
We have adjusted the node placement of the new AW maps to better allow path traversal. As a result, defender placements have been reset. Please, take a moment to re-place your defender setup. We will be pushing out a message in-game shortly.

Locked out of danger room lvl 6 mid run

As per title,
Was on room 10 and took a break. Restarting the game after the incursion resets just ask me to restart or leave the party.
Since threat level 6 isn’t reset weekly, i shouldn’t be affected by the clock.
Anyone experienced this?
I can’t contact support from the game as all the menu are greyed out.

    I haven’t done of the incursions side quests but it resets every week around this time.

    It does for the rewards and milestones from lvl1 to 5. Level 6 is running for the month, no weekly reset. That’s why it’s unexpected and disappointing if I have to do the run again.

    The progress is still reset along with the other levels regardless of whether or not the rewards reset. It’s happened each week, so at this point it is far from unexpected.
