I don’t understand this side quest.

  Correct me if I’am wrong but the quest is scheduled to reset weekly per usual like any other side quest, right? Well I can’t remember if it was either late Tuesday night or late Wednesday of this week where I finally decided to try the quest I ran a lane, received my rewards and a vault. On the vault it said something about Zone 2 so I assumed that meant week 2 and thus, I entered the code for week 2 but I got nothing in return. I don’t understand this quest nor the concept and I’m hoping someone can help me understand or point me in the right direction. Thanks

  It doesn’t reset, it’s one map for the whole SQ. New hints/objectives drop each Wednesday to assist in opening safes.
  
  Run paths -> Find Safes -> Open Safes -> Get keys for new paths.

  The safe you get from within Zone 1, may be labeled as “blah blah zone 2” because it is what gives you a “zone pass” for entering Zone 2 afterwards.
  
  Yes, there seems like a little mish-mash of the verbiage around what zone # is being referenced.
  Zone 1 hints (1st week objectives), give you hints to unlocking the safe found in zone 1 which gives you a key for zone 2, so the hints and safe can sort of be termed as hints/safe for zone 2, even though they are found in zone 1, etc. And as such the code listed by Cat in her infographics are at the bottom of the Zone for which becomes unlocked by using the code, not under which zone you got the hints/safe from.
  
  If you only have 1 Safe so far, use the hints you got from first week (green), or what has already been mentioned in posts here, the first code that was found and shared (3174).
