  Pulling another Jessica would be extremely rare, and tied only to the Banquet event (unless they have another exclusive crystal before then). I’d use it on her purely because you’re not likely to awaken her naturally.

  Jessica does not need dupe as a defender and offensively only benefits with a really high sig and requires build up thru fights. I’d def go Spider-Man 2099
