    Haven’t received the second mail, but this is something strange sending Featured Crystal - that is absolutely useless for me (I have each and every champ on that).

    An explanation here!

    There are two sets of compensation going out (excluding the erroneous, empty message).
    There was a 6-Star Featured Crystal which was the wrong version, which we've seen some receive corrections for.
    Separately, there is the correction to the Nexus Crystals.

    As with everything we send out, it will take time to populate into everyone's account. So just because someone has received them does not mean you need to panic if you haven't.

    This is what it looked like when I opened, nothing to claim. I’m guessing it was cav nexus correction which I bought all 15. But nothing in the inbox or in inventory to claim?
