Hopefully people don’t think 6 stars are irrelevant or fading away at the moment
Unfortunately, people are already jumping to that conclusion without really processing it.
Yes but now that i have a dragonman 7s, i will ever use the 6s version of dragonman? Come on
If Kabam gave you rank down tickets because 7* are released, why limit it to 6*'s? By your logic, Kabam should also give out rank down tickets for 5*'s, 4*'s, 3's, and 2'stars.
Rank down tickets were not given for 5* when 6* were released, just as they were not given for 4* when 5* were released.
I'd understand if the champion was suddenly nerfed to the ground compared to when they are introduced into the game, but if champion has no inherent nerf/adjustments. The request for rank down is unfounded and would not make sense.. if you decide to rank up a 6* champion to rank4 or rank5 (NOTE: you chose to rank them up) then subsequently pull them as 7* champion.. wouldn't it be nice to have one as defender and one rarity as attacker? Furthermore, it's going to be a while before there is a sig200 7* at rank2.. so the 6* rank5 sig200 should still be viable.. I wish I had rank4 or rank5 6*.
I wouldnt say nerfed to the ground but if a champ loses a core ability they held which was the main reason for a rank up then id say its fair, remember when hood got buffed for the first time and everyone freaked out.

You come on.
If you are so quick to rank down your six star Dragon Man just because seven star d Dragon Man is now in your possession, what is to stop you from requesting another rank down ticket when they expand the seven start pool to include Doctor Doom?

Why not? I bring my 6* and 5* bwdo into missions with me especially EQ with skill class nodes. Maybe there will be something in the future where more than one dragon man is helpful.
@DNA3000 , think you ( and the 20 disagreeing gentlemen/women ) missed the humor in my post. Regardless, not really interested in rank down tickets. Agree with everything you mentioned but I have to to counter one point. Why is a trivial thing like rank up of a champion in a game is "irreversible" " got to live with it" "if something better comes along can't change your mind and get a do over". Picture this - You are in a casual relationship or good friends with someone, it gets serious, you start going around - think of it as a rank up( r1-2) . Then it gets more serious, you start living to together (r2-3) , then you get engaged (r3-4) , then marriage ( r4-5). But later in life maybe you drift apart and there is no love left in the marriage ( stop loving the champ and don't play with it) or someone new comes in your life and lights a spark ( shiny new 7* or new featured champ). So if the marriage/ relationship is not working out would you continue with it ? So if the choices you make in real life are reversible then so should the choices we makes in a video game.
P.s - I am definitely not in favor of rank down tickets
You would still pay spousal support and alimony Consider them the resources you spent on your champion
