Even if you are using an iPhone now, you should still be able to see your Google purchase history using the Google cloud interfaces: https://payments.google.com/

Many of us have been advocating for a better way to perform account verification, but keep in mind the whole point is to prevent someone else from hijacking your game account. *Anyone* can simply open a ticket with Kabam and ask to have the account credentials changed. I could simply take your account away by changing the email address and password, if I could answer these questions. So the questions have to be things no one else would likely know or be able to easily find out. As we were reminded about not too long ago, even the questions Kabam asks can be passed by someone else if you share too much information about yourself and your game play. So the questions are intended to target things most people do not share with others.

same problem here mate i can’t access the web store to give them my money so reached out to support and get the same questions every time which i somehow get wrong every time. i understand it but surely it would’ve been easier to make a security question as soon as you make your account that way you are more likely to remember it

Security questions are probably one of the dumbest things in security right now. Think about the kinds of questions you tend to get asked. What was your mother's name? Where did you go to school? What is your pet's name? This stuff is on most people's Facebook page.

A good security question should have an answer no one else would likely know. But most security questions are by their nature common questions with common answers. A good security question would not be a question you pick from a list. It should be a question invented by the user, with an answer they have never told anyone.

But a question you make up with an answer no one else knows is also likely to be exactly the sort of thing most people will forget in eight years. If people will forget what their email address was a few years ago, they will have a decent chance of forgetting the answer to a question they made up that did not have a commonly known answer years ago as well.

Protip: when confronted with security questions for systems you actually want to protect the security of, my advice is to pick a person you know very well, and give the answers that would be correct for that person. This is something you won't likely forget, but would be difficult for someone else to guess - because they would have to figure out which person you chose as well as the correct answers, assuming they even knew you did this. But be sure to pick someone you will not forget you picked.

@DNA3000 i get your point and from my experience most places let you choose your own question which is better and in my opinion easier to remember. if not doing that they could’ve given a big warning once creating an account that those are the details you’ll have to remember if you wish to access support.

These security questions are used by NASA and just about anyone else , this is just a game and it’s no reason not to use something
