That's why progression titles don't get updated nearly often enough. 6* champ selectors are great for newer paragon but there are a large group of players who have every 6* that's been in a yearly selector already duped.

I honestly think they'd be better off just dropping two different titles at once. Every time they drop a new progression title, everyone with the previous title starts racing towards it. Some people get there in a day, some people get there in 6 months. Then the same difference in roster sizes exists for the next progression level. It's an infinite cycle at this point that I don't think will stop until they change the way progression titles work.
With the introduction of 7*s, I think this would be the perfect opportunity to add two different yet equal progression titles. One you get for having 2 6* rank 5's, the other for having 2 7* rank 2's. If a player qualifies for both, they have to choose one periodically.
For players who want/need to keep investing in their 6* roster, they'd go with the 6* rank 5 title. This one would have rewards more centered around 6*s, like Nexuses, 6* sigs and AGs, 3-4 rank up gems, etc. While the 7* rank 2 title would give players more 7* focused rewards like 2-4k 7* shards and 1k Titan crystal shards in the new EQ, 5-20 7* sigs, probably no AG's yet, etc.
At least this way there's no real incentive for players who aren't ready for 7*s to rush them. So many people are worried about not getting the best rewards possible, but having two equal yet completely different progression titles would likely change that.
Who cares what the deals are, it’s a mobile phone game…go spend your money on something worthwhile
Nothing has any permanent worth in life.
Correct. People spend money on things all the time which bring temporary enjoyment. Drop $20 on a steak, you enjoy it, but then you’re hungry a few hours later. Drop $40 bowling, then you’re done an hour later.
If people choose to spend their money on a mobile game while others spend theirs elsewhere, who cares?
@__SF__ The format will be most likely the same as the years prior. When buying units, you also get extra things like crystal shards, whole crystals, rank up gems, catalysts, sig stones, awakening gems, gold, and probably other stuff. If you buy everything they have been also granting a rare champ like Wolverine X or Jessica Jones. Below is usually how they go about with the offers. This year has the potential to be different because of the online store.
