The hysterics about this issue are borderline nuts. Zemo is still a great champ. He just can no longer do the thing that the vast majority of players never knew he could do. Doesn't change how I use him at all. Doesn't change my plans for ranking him further.
I'm not buying crystals because I have him at rank 4 already, 100 or so stones in him. Pre-root freakout, when I had no clue about his special lock cheese, I thought he was a great champ, and still do.

Without rehashing the same old arguments that have filled up an obscene amount of pages in a different thread, I honestly don't think he’s a bad champ (I have him at r4) but I do have a real problem with how and when the issue was handled. The fact that they have him as a featured crystal means Kabam is either massively tone-deaf or they are massively trolling players.

I agree with a post I read earlier that this all seems less about Zemo being “bad” and more about how players feel the situation was handled. Ultimately whether one sees the root change as minor or champ-breaking is up to personal opinion and preferred play style, but from what I can tell even with the change Zemo is still better than a large majority of Skill champs.
