False notification bug

I am having a problem where whenever i close the app and then open again it shows me the notification that my account has been permanently suspended due to use of third party software, but here is the thing, neither my account is suspended nor m i using 3rd party software. I have my account in connected in both my Android and ipad, and this happening in android, no effect on ipad. Then everytime i have to uninstall the app, then install from play store to log in again. then as i close the app, it happens again.
Its really irritating to uninstall and reinstall the app again and again when your app size is more than 1gb in size.

    On your Android, is it when you just Close the App ?
    Or are you logging out (from game settings) before closing App ?

    If logging out, and it causes the Suspended notification, it could be that when you logout the game might be reverting to whatever account you had first used for game on that device (even though not actually logged in as such).
    And *THAT* account could be the one that is suspended.

    Or (similarly), if you are still running the game (game is open) on your Android, and you go and open the game on your other device, the 1st instance will log you out (can’t have 2 open instances running same account),.

    I agree with what you are saying, but no, i dont log out, and when i use my other device then i make sure that i have closed the app on android first, now instead of reinstalling the software, i found that if i clear the app data from setting then it would let me log in again just like right after you install the app, its working but is very irritating when you have to log in with email and password everytime you close the app and open it again.
