Is 3 r4s to much for paragon

I’m just finished 7.4 with 0 r4s and I am a tiny bit over half way with my 1st and wanted to know if you guys think 3 r4s is to much for paragon?

The best items to buy in the BG store are R4 mats.14k tokens gets you 1 full TB6 and T3A. Act 8.1 and 8.2 also have a ton of R4 materials.
And the answer is no, not necessarily. If the roster requirement was something everyone could get just by running the story content, then it would be a moot requirement. It is there because we have all sorts of different players in the game. Some race up the content ladder quickly, some do so more slowly. The ones that race up quickly do so with very narrow and small rosters, because they haven't had the time to acquire as many champs or rank them up. Conversely the ones that proceed much more slowly tend to do so with much larger and wider rosters. This creates two problems. First, the players at a particular progress tier can be, if left unattended, widely different in their roster needs, rank up requirements, etc. It can be very difficult to target rewards at that group.
And second, this creates balancing problems for the content. If too many players can reach Paragon super fast because they are super fast content runners, this suggests that content is too easy and should be balanced upward to make it more of a challenge for them. But if we do that, we can make it too difficult for everyone else to do reasonably, and that content becomes a road block to progress for the average player.
In a sense, the only reason you were able to complete Act 7 so quickly is because it is designed to be relatively easy to do to make it accessible, because the devs know that doing that alone will not allow a player to race to Paragon fast. If the roster requirement was lower or non-existent, Act 7 would have to be much, much harder, and probably also longer, to properly scale the content to be a reasonable challenge for progress all by itself.
Some people get those R4s pretty quickly, and then struggle through Act 7. You're seeing the opposite: you've blasted through Act 7 before getting those rank ups, and now you're going to have to work through them. This is by design, to give a wide range of players and play styles meaningful hurdles to overcome to reach the next progression tier.
Thank you very much for that😁 I am currently trying my hardest to get the rank ups but I know what your talking about people doing it slow cause I have guys in my alliance with 10 r4s who arnt even thronebreaker and find the content and then there are others who get it done with the same roster as mine or smaller
