Who to Rank 4?

I know Herc is probably the correct answer, but it takes me about 3-4 months to get another R4. Is there a strong case for any of the others ahead of Herc? My 1st Rank 4 was Warlock. I didn’t have Herc at the time. I just started 7.2 and am trying to get paragon before Banquet deals.

    Herc can quite literally clears every path enemies unless there's a node that's against his set.

    Thanks all. I was prob gonna choose Herc anyway, unless there were solid arguments for the other champs.
