Uncollected gold crystals bugged?

I opened 25 UC gold crystals and got 52,000 gold, let say with worst luck it should be atleast 25* 19,500 = 487,500. Anyone having similar issue?

    might just be a visual bug- the correct amount of gold should be added to your account

    May be, but i dono what was my gold before opening. Hope it is just a visual bug.

    Spidey is right, it’s a known visual glitch that occurs when opening multiple crystals

    Did you check how much gold you had before opening them? Like every one is saying could be a visual bug. Only way you really know is if you knew the gold amount you prior to opening them all. Send a ticket to support and ask for a break down on the numbers. Before gold amount and after. Maybe they see it and fix it if it was a bug.

    When opening a 2nd set of them, the supposed running total in center of screen drops down to some low amount (and stays low even when continuing to open additional sets).

    While you still have more crystals that you *could* open, you can click on the upper right tally button, and I think that would show the actual correct amount so far.

    Opened all of mine today . Initially it was less but later got rectified automatically.

    Yeah, it's just a visual glitch. The correct balance shows up in your inventory.
