I am a level 55 acc, with just enough resources to r5 my 6* doctor doom. 
Now do you see the problem here? I have been a non stop player for 3 years, and after a 2 year break i came back in oct 2022.Paragon with 1,400,000 rating and 7 7*s.I have done 100% act1,2,3 and 8.2. Heres the thing, you need to be level 60 to rank 5!!!!!!
Amazing how a regular player and a student cant rank 5 a character, unless the either: buy their stupid £100 deal once a year, explore an incredibly tedious act 4, or do all of carinas. 👍
I bought sigil for any of you asking, still doesn't help
and so i need to waste my days until the t6 b and t3a expire to explore act 4( ironically just about when school starts 😆 Had quite enough frankly. Kabam please let us exchange the rank up recourses for a gem of the same class, or just increase the inventory capacity and stop being greedy game developers who have their players 6 feet up their ass. 9 BLOODY DAYS MAY I ADD

for giving out way too much stuff way too quickly and easily.
the fact that someone can have the ability to take a champ to the maximum available rank but not have even played long enough to be level 60 is absurd.
the other side is the players just need to accept level gating exists. this is far from the only game that does it.
and TBH i am surprised there is as little as there actually is.
Was going bak-n-forth quite a bit in that other one before your earlier post, so just assumed people there would have indicated that to not be the case.
So I assumed that Sigil would be enough for you.
Kabam doesn't want you blasting through acts as quickly as you can. The mods here have stated that. While they've made it easier for new players to advance, it's hurt them as well.
