    I'm afraid there's nothing anyone can do here. You will have to open a Ticket to Support in the game.

    Even putting in a ticket, you wont get unbanned. Kabam has zero tolerance for TOS rules being broken. They wont even let you explain. Sorry but your account is gone. Start over and dont break any rules this time. This blog will be closed off in the morning. Peace.

    If it is a temporary ban you just have to wait it out. If it is a permanent ban then the odds are pretty good this is not your first violation, and you clearly used up your first (and probably second) chances already.

    I'm afraid if you've been perma banned for a TOS violation your only option is to create a new account and start over. The good news is progression is much faster now, and it is possible to get some decent progress starting from the beginning. If you play intelligently, efficiently, and most importantly fairly.

    Be thankful that the lesson that actions has consequences is happening in something as inconsequential as a mobile game. There are other venues where this lesson comes with far more serious consequences.

    Separate from the fact that few people on these forums (or any forums) will sympathize with you, no one here can help you either, because the mods do not have any ability to reverse game bans and the players here have more or less the same options as you do: open a ticket and see what can be done. Inevitably, nothing can be done when violations trigger disciplinary action.
