Though as per conclusive scientific research it is proven that most petyrs either play quake or magik well and very less play both well due to respective gameplay differences of shaking and swinging, even if they ascend both, hence we have the preferences and division in society.
Even though both are overpowered, Quake and Magik just don't really fit into today's MCOC meta, and I've never bothered to learn either of their playstyles. Kabam isn't giving them any attention, and I don't think it makes sense to rank up a champ that Kabam has basically forgot about.

Tell that to everyone who cheesed Gladiator in all forms of the contest this month with a 5* Magik.

Quake will *always* be useful with her abilities, she's only held back by not being above 5*.

My other was Aegon. I won't use the stones on the 6*.
