Ascension and prestige?

I was sure I read that ascension didn’t affect prestige, is this correct?

    Yes it doesnt affect prestige just changes the base attack and health and other things that would increase by base attack

    That’s what I thought yet if I look at USAFA’s profile his ascended Hercules is second on his profile ahead of terrax and hulk (r2 sig200 7*).
    Normally if you look at someone else’s account it shows their 4 highest prestige champ’s.

    IMO it does increase champion prestige but not players prestige.

    Herc does have higher prestige than the 2 champs listed above regardless i think

    That's what we always thought. What's more likely is we see profiles based on base PI. Ascension boosts base PI quite a bit while not boosting prestige. Something interesting is you have to do a quest with them before they show up at the top of your profile. I definitely won't complain because I'm enjoying having Sersi on top of my profile.
