Shelling alliances

Recently the was a post about dealing with shelling alliances . Kabam did say they banned the officer ( confirmed ) . But did say it was going to tank the war rating of the shell ally . No evidence this has happened . Can we get any clarification on this as the season has started ? Or are they going to be allowed to compete from the shell as normal. @Kabam Miike

    Shell alliances got to keep 1 alliance of high rating while the rest got set to 0. If they reset the rating of all alliances, then they'd just destroy everyone until they got back to tier 1.

    While shell alliances do try to get easier rewards, they're still really good at war.

    If xk9 started at 0, they'd crush everyone all the way up until they're tier 1 which wouldn't be fair to the alliances they are facing and would ruin the season of a lot of alliances.

    Or they’d disband and join different alliances. It would take a few seasons to get back to where they were, not sure how patient they’d be.

    The issue with the shelling alliances is they basically get one more "shell" season as they already switched to their lower war rating alliance before the bans came out. Kabam should have zeroed out the war rating of the empty shell Alliances before the season ended to prevent this (or updated their current war rating to their latest finish). It will he interesting to see if Kabam ban the officers again for shelling at the end of this season.

    Second part of the post from kabam say the shell alliance rating would be tanked so they will have to move back to the original alliance . Well ,none have moved back to their original alliance. war rating is still the same . So all bark and no bite .
