    visual glitches are pretty common across video games.
    there are many many reasons why they happen.
    could be corrupted install.
    could be memory leak.
    could be code calling wrong asset.
    could be many other things.

    It happens when you switch too quickly between champions and the game lags, hence molding the two together. Similar to quick switching between several champions with relics. They get placed behind the fight info screen.
