Would you like if MD were to be removed from bgs?

It’s kinda annoying running into people who run 5/5 md and ban 3 science champs. Its not like I can tell if they run max md so I cant plan before drafting. I just have to go into the fight and see. A 5/5 md abs man or Sasquatch or any annoying mystic is really boring and not what a mode to show skill should have imo. You can have it on offence but defence is just too much power gain to be fun when I’m baiting an sp2 every second.

Then why you are not banning the defenders who nullify and gain power rapidly?
It's like asking, "hey Kabam, Hercules is nuking my defenders under 40 seconds, please fix."

Despite not actually knowing, I just play expecting my opponents to run 5/5 MD. Obviously it's not foolproof, but definitely helps

If you remove MD, Spidey Supreme's damage is gonna be reduced by quite a bit, and I don't like that lol

And I find annoying that people ban my Sasquatch and Abs man. If people banning three science champs cripples your deck, then bring more.

I find it very difficult against sassy or manthing as i don't have buff immune or nullify immune champs in my deck, but I have so many mystics who heavily benefit from MD in my deck so offense and defense is better from my side

Sometimes Masteries are key, and you need to work around them.

There was a similar issue with people running 5/5 Deep Wounds in the Sharpened Claws meta - so people had to learn not to Parry, or just Bleed-immune champions.

Crit me with your Best Shot meta was amazing for defenders running Recoil Masteries.

There was an Evade meta a while back where it was helpful to use Unfazed.

I'm sure there are future metas where regeneration will favour the Despair mastery, or there's some payoff for Masteries like Assassin, Pure Skill or Serum Science.

It's just part of the strategy you need to think around. But it's just this season that's buff-heavy. Next season will be something else.

You can make an educated guess based on higher then normal PI of certain champs. Just like how you can guess if someone is running full suicides. It's not foolproof by any means, but should be a decent guide

Remove MD from BGs.

Instead introduce MMD. Mega mystic dispersion for 33% bar of power per buff.

No, they shouldn't remove it from BGs, but maybe they should allow for a way to inspect your opponent's masteries during the ban screen.

Change the scoring to make bgs fair for suicide users while we are at it. They went a hair too far with the adjustment taking some emphasis away from time. Meet in the middle.
