In the end I messed up shoulda been more aware life will go on I thank Kabam for being merciful and that’s about it honestly it is what it is my alliance understands and it’s one incursions run although a good one who really cares

Would you sign a legal agreement without reading it. If you agreed to it without reading the TOS, you're at fault.

We all jaywalk also, but it is still illegal and you can still be fined for doing it if the cops decide to cite you for it. "Everyone does it" is not a legal defense.

Using an emulator is not considered cheating by Kabam. It is considered using prohibited tools to play the game.
The reason why they are prohibited is because they can be *used* to cheat the game. it doesn't matter if a player uses those tools and then claims to have not used them for cheating. The problem with using emulated environments is that you are no longer playing in a trusted environment, and thus you can theoretically make the game do anything and report back anything. This means Kabam itself cannot trust what the game client says happened when you play in emulated environments. If they allowed this, it would be almost impossible to catch cheaters.
