The only legitimate “auto-play” is that which is implemented by Kabam in the game itself for advancing thru single quest at a time.
Or having multiple people play same account at different times to accumulate things faster, etc. another type of grinding. Even though no “cheats” may have been used, that is also against the ToS rules.
I sent this up the food chain at Kabam's Nuke All Cheaters From Orbit Department, and they said they would look into this. It is possible that accounts might have been flagged incorrectly by some anti-cheating filters that aren't aware of what players can do in 2023. Hopefully they will investigate by hand and determine if an error has taken place or not in these and similar cases.
Your post sparked a light of hope in me and maybe there is still chance I'll get me account back ... I've been banned for account sharing. I know that sharing account is against ToS, therefore I didn't gave anyone my account's login credentials. My account in-game name was "¥ourek" and it was banned on 17th November - as I've read in other post around that time anti-cheating filters were updated. Could You mention my case if it's possible ?
Hey guys, It may show up as a different name but I am unstoppable12 (player who sent the message directly above). I said I would do a new account challenge again to prove my point that insane progress can be made in a week to try and show Kabam that they made an incorrect ban. With the 9 year anniversary on, it’s a very similar time to when I did it last time during the summoner appreciation event in summer. Im gonna post daily updates here to show the whole process, and maybe a video or two of some interesting kills/interactions that helped me towards the goal. The goal is to get thronebreaker within a week, last time I only fell short due to a lack of t5cc, but this time I have some new ideas to hopefully get me over the line. Thanks!

@SummonerNR thanks for your comments. The reason I have a separate forum account now is that I changed my email for my main account as I was changing over my emails in real life, so not sure if that explains the 2 account problem (cause it’s now 2 different emails). In regards to the possible other forms of cheating, I think the only proof I have of that is my phone gametime for the week, which I realise doesn’t fully prove anything as they are separate things but should be a good step in showing it lines up with account login and gameplay time. Finally in terms of starting a new thread to show it to Kabam, I may do this at the end of the week and do a full recap (gonna be a pretty long post), but for now I’ll do mini recaps here to pool my thoughts and show it is day-by-day.

A 6 star should carry a decent player through act 5, especially as it’s been nerfed into the ground (the only difficult fights left are ultron and collector). Also when I get to act 6, I’m gonna be able to show the biggest reason why this is easy and isn’t a matter of insane skill/luck, but a matter of time.

If I didn't have a life I'd probably do this in a week just to prove how much easier it is today vs 2015....but alas, it's Christmas time and I have things to do lol......if my son (won't say his age, but just assume he's old enough to play but young enough to have to still be to bed by 9pm) can get to Paragon with zero units and no major grinding I can only imagine how far a vet can get who is willing to spend..... See seatin....he did the whole new account thing and because of his knowledge of the game just look how far he got.....and how fast he did.

To give a bit of context about myself, I’m a university student and my first term is just coming to an end, so I have a lot of time to do something like this. That’s why I was quite annoyed when my account got banned, because it felt like that week was for nothing.
Day 2 coming to a close! Captain Marvel Movie was an insane pull today, she’s gonna be my MVP probably for most of act 5 and some of act 6 (I may even ascend her). Completed the 6 star arena but sadly got mephisto so that’s not too great. Tomorrow I take down the collector, then go back to 100% act 3 and then push into 5.3 and 5.4.
Lines in the sand (masochism quest) isn’t difficult anymore. With the act 5 nerf, they removed masochism as the global and only reapplied it to the final boss storm. So all the other fights in the quest are now just normal opponents with no nodes, so captain marvel can steamroll them (except colossus where I used red hulk). For final boss storm, I charged up cap marvel on the path and tried to nuke her down, got her down about 75% and then cleaned up with my other champs, 1 revive quest.

Ended up having to unit/revive spam the ultron and sentinel, r1 sentinel just couldn’t keep the heal block up enough. I think I’ll have to do the same for crossbones but I’ve got 30 revives and 3k units still to play with.
Day 3 is done and I’ve jumped up two big titles! Started the day at the collector quest, and only needed 4 revives for him cause captain marvel is so op when charged up. I then had some lectures and work to do for university, so decided to auto fight through act 3 and was able to 100% over a few hours. After this I decided to push as far as I could through story, 5.3 was easy, and 5.4 had a bit more challenging bosses but I was able to clear both chapters with only a couple revives (used the Wiccan trick on ultron). Then I decided to take cap marvel to r4, and took my 4 star torch to r5 and ascended him (you get free dust when u become uncollected).
So I started my cavalier push, Quest 1 was probably the worst cause of no retreat, spent around 8-10 revives to get through it. As mentioned above I had to revive spam through ultron and sentinel using captain marvel (she could take around 20-25% a time), as sentinel couldn’t do enough damage for me. The next 2 quests are notoriously not that difficult, but then it was the dreaded crossbones that roadblocks lots of people. Turns out Mephisto has an insanely niche but useful ability. When the fight starts, Mephisto applies a passive to the opponent that means they can’t gain buffs. However for a buff based on a timer such as arc overload, it completely cancels the timer, and so cancels the node completely. This meant crossbones couldn’t heal at all, and it was just a long fight with Mephisto 😂. Finally, sentinel boss 6.1.6, had to wait out the 30s fisticuffs, and then activate binary with cap marvel and go to town, 1 revive and hello cavalier!
When you become cavalier, you get 150 more t1 dust for free, so decided to ascend my cap marvel to give her a big boost as I move into bigger health pools.
Finally, and most importantly the reason getting through act 6 is possible: the unit deal showed above. You get this deal by completing 6.1.6, and it has insane value. 20 energy refills is approximately the amount you need to explore a chapter of act 5 (if you have done completion), so you can take these refills, explore a chapter and grab the rewards. This deal also appears at the end of chapter 2,3 and 4 of act 6 (with a slightly different price and gem/catalyst offer), so you can repeat this process to basically fully explore act 5 for the juicy rewards.
So that’s my plan starting tomorrow, explore 5.1, complete 6.2, buy deal, explore 5.2 etc.

Act 6.2 and 6.3 completions are done and 5.1 Exploration is also done. 6.3 was incredibly painful, I had no good option for Medusa (do u bleed) and cap iw (crit me with your best shot), so had to really struggle through with a low ranked guillotine and then revive spam on cap iw. Purchased both the deals from the end of the chapters, shown above. Once again insane value and the 6.3 one especially gives a good chunk of t5cc towards thronebreaker. Sadly though my 6 star luck has been horrible, sure all 3 champs have a bit of utility that I’ve utilised but none of them are good in a general sense.
Tomorrow I’m gonna finish act 6 hopefully and then use the energy refills to get towards act 5 exploration. Then I’ll have 2 days to get the remaining t5cc.
Day 5 recap. Act 6 is complete! 6.4 was actually a lot easier than the previous 2 chapters, my roster fit it a lot better and I’m pretty used to fighting grandmaster so it took one team revive. Rewards gave me 2 pretty good 6 stars, my plan is to r3 blade as I now have 50% skill t5cc. Now the plan is to get through most of act 5 exploration for the big iso bricks and other rewards, and then to get the remaining t5cc I’m going to begin completing act 7, and should have enough by 7.3 at the latest.
Challenge complete! A few hours into day 6 and I have become thronebreaker. I started the day needing 50% of a skill t5cc to rank blade, so ventured into act 7 as each chapter had 25% t5cc crystals. But after completing 7.1 (which wasn’t too bad cause there’s lots of cheesy paths), I opened my crystal and luckily got skill, meaning I only needed 25% more to form the catalyst. I then purchased the completion offer for 7.1 to get the 15% selector, which is an absolute steal on the whole for 790 units. So I only needed 10% more, and decided battlegrounds was probably the easiest way as I could get 10% crystals for 2200 tokens each. I had to open 7 crystals before I got the skill I needed. I then ranked blade and completed the challenge, with 1 day 19hrs still on the beginner xp boosts.
I’ve really loved the challenge and in the future I’m gonna do a similar challenge but with paragon as the goal in 2 weeks (I think the current fastest time is Nagase with 23 days, so looking to reduce that a lot).
Btw if anyone has any questions about anything I did/didn’t do in the challenge, do feel free to ask because obviously I haven’t posted every single step here, or it would have been so many pictures and essays.
I hope this proves that getting to this level account in this time frame is definitely possible, and doesn’t really rely on luck due to the completion offers in act 6 and 7.

I don’t really know what to say, other than everything has been documented in this thread, and that I haven’t logged in since the end of the challenge (this can be verified by typing the account name in and looking in the alliance page). I know there’s realistically not much I can do about this, but I really hope kabam can look at this thread as a whole and have a further look into this again. Not sure who to tag about this, other than @DNA3000 who may be able to help in some way, but if anyone else knows the right people to forward this to then please do.

I am no expert but this was to ascertain there was nothing in the phone (which you are unaware of) causing the alt account to be flagged.
Ah ok no worries. Yeah I am genuinely baffled as to what is flagging, but there are 2 main factors that are puzzling me.
1. This is now the 3rd reported case of an account banned in similar fashion from 2 different people, so there must be some theme/pattern detection in the system which is leading to incorrect bans 2. All 3 of these bans were permanent bans, which is unusual. Usually if an account is banned for the first time, it is for one week. The only exception to this is in very serious cases of cheating (such as trying to get a top 10 time for necropolis mythic title), so I’m really not sure what is being flagged to such a serious level that’s it’s an instant perma ban
