Not able to login web store

I'm trying to login into web store. It takes me to xsolla page to login, I put in my details but once I hit login, it tries to login but is stuck in a infinite loop of loading. Is there a particular place I need to address this like raise a support ticket?

    Is it a android version type issue? I am trying to login through my phone. On my new phone, I'm able to login, but not on my old phone which is where I play the game.

    You can check out the major announcement post back when this Web Store was added.
    But the general consensus is that it is best to use the native web browser that is for your device's OS.

    Safari if on Apple, and Chrome if on Android.

    I think it is something like.. the browser has to be able to launch the game App afterward, which some alternate browsers may not be able to do.

    (edit) Oops, above suggestion was for doing Amazon Prime Gaming bundle, which seems to be browser dependent, for launching game afterwards.
