Not receiving 7* banquet crystal

I qualified for banquet rank awards (11-25%) but never received the 7* for maxing out.

Anyone else?

    It was in the milestones, not the ranked rewards

    Ah okay i see what you're saying now. If you're sure you maxed out on the milestones at 117,600 points then check your stash. If not maybe contact support and ask whats up

    check solo events in finished tab

    your score should be visible there

    I put up 80k still was in 11-25% so it's possible you didn't score required amount

    Check the finished events in the solo category, it will show your score there

    The event is still showing under the completed events tab. Check it. That way you can be sure if you scored high enough for max milestone.

    Are you sure you needed to reach TOP Milestone to qualify for Solo Rank Rewards ?

    If not, you probably didn’t get to that 117,600 mark.

    FYI, that amount required purchasing an extra 37 GBC's up and above all the free ones from milestones/calendars along the way.
    If you didn’t purchase 37 GBC's, then you didn’t reach that Top Solo Milestone.


    (*disclaimer, technically 36 if you rounded it out with some of the Lesser ones to hit that mark more exactly without going over by about 1000 pts)

    Maybe didn’t get around to actually opening the final 4 GBC from last day of calendar ?
    Only had 18 hrs from when they were first available from calendar in order to open them to get their points toward the events.

    Even if you otherwise budgeted the 37 purchased ones correctly.
