Shouldn't Onslaught have immunity to reversed controls thanks to Xaviers strong mind and Magneto's Helmet? I just feel like that should be brought up Onslaught should have immunity to reversed controls.

Makes 0 sense.
There is no comic book reason that Wiccan is immune to reversed controls, or for Rintrah to be able to have armor breaks but have it do nothing.
Reversed control immunities would be comic book accurate, but game versions don't have to be comic book accurate. Any non-superman level character should theoretically be killed after Hyperion's SP3.
I would fully support Onslaught having reversed control immunity, but am totally fine with Kabam keeping it a rare ability to allow other champions to shine (here's looking at you Mister Sinister).
At the time of Onslaught in the comics though, Magneto was not immune. Maybe had some mental defenses but nothing extreme. In fact, during the "Fatal Attractions" stroyline which built towards Onslaught, both Xavier and Jean invaded Magneto's mind during the fight while he had his helmet on as well as when it was off.
The #PsychicShielding is something Onslaught has, and that's from Magneto's helmet. This should protect against: Delirium and Emma Frost's reverse controls. It would also prevent Stryfe's cloak and I think maybe a few other things.
Should Onslaught be both Reverse Control immune and have #PsychicShielding? I think so. He's a psionic amalgamation of Xavier (Reverse Control immune) and Magneto (#PsychicShielding) with the powers (and then some) of both. But Kabam just didn't want him that powerful and to immediately come in and make the GM and other fights in Necropolis even more irrelevant.
Would I have liked it? Yes. Would it have made Onslaught even more powerful than he is? Yes. I already expect (hope I'm wrong) Onslaught to be tuned down slightly when his rebalancing comes around. If he were also Reverse Control immune it would be an almost certainty.
