Can RNG be this bad or am I missing something?

Venom against Doom in Battlegrounds. Almost 100 hits and not a single bleed processed. Is this a bug or is there some ability I’m missing?

    Venom bleeds on crits iirc and it's not a 100% chance per crit. Doom has high crit resistance. I could see it being possible

    Venom has 80% chance to inflict bleeds on crits and doom has crit resistance.

    Nick Fury, Weapon-X, Wolverine and or Blackcat has better bleed than Venom and there is still no guarantee that Doom gets bleed.. his resistance is just high.

    Doom has 54% crit resistance if I'm not wrong.

    I almost land no crit on doom with champs like domino so it's not impossible I suppose
