    Based on Karatemike's and Nick136's videos I'd say solid 8. His damage isn't anything insane (which I already knew would be the case) but he has so much utility I think it makes up for it.

    Funny you guys keep disagreeing… It can be bought and tested by valiant/paragon players so this is an inquiry into those who already have an opinion.

    I think the team that did Bullseye dropped the ball hard, there is a reason why we selected him, to use him, to play with him, to have fun with him, with it's damage, it makes it very hard and not fun to play him. It's cool that they made him a dual-threat, I just wish they made some sacrifices to his defensive tactics, in favor for his offensive tactics, not to make him beyond god tier Hercules, but a solid option for him to use anywhere. Then again he's very recent and people are just getting him, but I hope sometime later in the future, he will get the proper treatment of a fan-favorite character.

    I can't decide what to rate his abilities yet, but his animations and comic-accurate design are definitely a 9/10

    My issue is that the game isn’t proportional to hero’s comic world powers. People who choose to play mcoc would want to play with their favorite character and when they see their favorite character isn’t what they think is then they may not stay in game. So i think famous characters should be given a better treat than others, my 5 cents.

    I'm enjoying him quite a bit. Lots of utility, amazing miss counter and fun playstyle He seems to be a very good defender although he may just be new.

    I would love for his base hit damage to be tuned up though. I do not understand why his critical damage rating is NEGATIVE! He has everything to be a tremendous champion and then his damage is very lacking. Mine is R4 right now, and the mediums dont even do 2.5k.... that is incredibly weak. Hit monkey for example does about 5k. Bullseye doesnt need that, but I do think it needs a small tune up

    Yes, and they do help. As does the Black Panther relic which deals another burst of damage on guaranteed crits. The damage is still sort of weak though, compared to many other similar champs
