  Saying sorry is what you tell your friend when you spill beer on their couch. It is not something you tell companies when you break their rules, cheat in their game, negatively affect the experience for thousands of other players, however small in effect, and then want to just go back to playing normally and pretend like nothing happened.
  
  Besides, I'm pretty sure you only regret cheating because you got banned. And I'm pretty sure if you were unbanned, your regrets would disappear almost instantly.
  
  If you are genuinely sorry, start a new account and play fairly. Fortunately for you, the game allows for second chances. But that second chance is allowing you to start over and still play the game. Not avoid punishment for breaking the rules because you ask and you're sad.
