Which Tech to r5 and Ascend

I have a r5 tech gem burning a hole in my inventory from necro. I realize Nimrod is a prowess/mutant killer…but so are Lady D and Iron Man. I love Nim when fighting mutants but I’m really not a fan of his when not fighting mutants and feel like Lady D and Iron Man out preform nimrod outside of those mutant/prowess match us. This makes me think Lady D and IM have a bit more value across match ups and all the different parts of the game, but would love to hear some opinions.

I typically dont r5 6* champs that are available as 7*, but both Iron Man and especially Lady D want high sig which obviously wont happen for a while with their 7* versions.

Additional context: I have 7* sig 20 Shocker, 7* unduped Warlock, and 7* unduped Guardian and one of these will be going to r2 as soon when I see what I pull from my titan crystals here in 5ish days. I think it’ll be Warlock…but that sig 20 shocker is very tempting. I mention these champs because I feel like guardian shares similarities to Iron Man (both tanky, both want to parry specials, both have rotations which are either sp1 to sp2 or sp2 to sp1) and Warlock shares similarities to Lady D (this one is a bit of a stretch…but heal block, suicide friendly, some variation of healing, etc). One other thing came to mind, if I r2 7* Warlockthen I have a bleed/poison/coldsnap/frostbite immune tech champ and then if I r5 6* Iron man I have a Incinerate/shock immune tech champ which basically covers close to all the immunities.
