There is nothing in nodes about immunity to power control, yet vision (aou) sp1 does not steal/burn/drain power

    I was using silk earlier and was not blocking out the healing while a slow debuff was active either.

    Slow doesn't block healing, only unstoppable/evade.

    I'm sure kabam will not fix this because they need woe to be super difficult and they can't think of any other way to do it.
