Winter of Woe, Still Missing One Point...

So in week 1 i did the Abs Man fight with Hulk for the gamma objective, but it was implied that the event had restarted for players after already going live, but it was probably right after i did the fight because one of the points i got was erased, now we received the extra point for the robot objective, but i'm still missing one.

I didn't do the robot objective on week one, but i did the 2 nebula objectives as of now, and have 4 points(5 with the extra for the robot tag compensation) but i should have 6 points, i posted this on the bugs session, but i'll try in here just to see if i can get some clarification.

    Really? I thought they said it was going to be sent along with the extra point but somehow i didn't receive it, so i was scared i was going to lose out on some rewards, primarily the deathless king groot piece because of this one missing point...

    I'm glad there's still hope.

    you did nothing in week 1 ? if so 3 point is max for paragon or 4 if you are valiant

    I wasn’t affected, so I can only go by what I read on the forums…

    But yeah, contact support…

    By reading the posts in there, some people that shouldn't, received extra points because of this issue.

    But some that should, like me, didn't receive any, very nice, i contacted support but i don't know if i'll get any answer because according to kabam Jax on that post, no one received fewer than it should, what a joke...

    I think their quick fix was a bit too quick, Brian Grant was also missing one point on stream the other day. Another "oopsie" from Kabam

    Support is not even aware of the issue and responded back to me regarding points from week 3. They have no idea people are missing their point from week 1.

    I knew when all this happened that I should have just got through the robot objective week 1 instead of leaving it alone. I knew at the time I would always be one point short. You'd think I would have learned my lesson by now.

    As Paragon after completing Hulkling you are supposed to have 10 points I believe..
    Much easier to count that way.

    Yep, support can't do anything it seems



    I guess i'll just be forever one point short in the event, and probably miss out on rewards towards the end, wich is something very nice if you ask me, feels great.

    Yes, if you did the robot objective on week one that is, if you are like me and didn't do it, you should be at 9, but the max i can get is 8, because i got my point erased, and now they don't even want to acknowledge that this situation i'm in is a problem, will i really have to spend 5k units for that king groot piece at the end if i can't get it, because of this freaking problem, are you serious Kabam????

    They can check the data to see if i did the gama objective, and all the others, to see how many points i should have, and how many i have now to see that i'm not lying, i don't know what to do anymore at this point...
