Probably some of Carinas Challenges, and most likely the Variant Quests I haven't done yet as those rewards aren't really worth the effort anymore

100% agree. Those quests are pure nonsense, especially the Starlord one. Random evade, massive blockdamage on certain fights, hard enrage; complete BS. Not to mention doing maestro with a tech is so annoying and an RNG fiesta. Now that Kabam have nerfed revive farming, I can't ever see myself doing them. The rewards are also hugely outdated, and pretty much equate to a 1k BGs tokens lol.

Act 7.1.1-7.4.6
Act 8.1.1-8.4.6
Thronebreaker Event quest
Paragon gauntlet event quest
Progression-locked side quests
Battlegrounds gladiator circuit

That's fine. You probably could have stopped at proven and had the same game experience, but do what you like.

Carina's vol 1 and 2 and Variant 1, was on a near 2 year break when Carina's first came round, by time I came back rewards were super outdated, same with variant 1. Super hard challenges which at the time were worth it but retrospectively absolutely not.

I’ve 100% labyrinth and necropolis, but will never touch abyss. Not even the carina’s challenges for it. Too much time has passed for it to be worth it at this point. I’ll also never do the labyrinth carina’s challenges. I have plans to do every CCP carina’s challenge but we’ll see how long it takes me

It’s definitely not a skill issue if he’s attempting it with 6 or 7-stars. There are no nodes on the RoL defenders, just attack and health modifiers.

It’s a preference issue, or even peg it down to laziness if you want to, but it’s not a skill issue.

I can't say that there is anything I wont ever do

I took almost 3 years off the game. So I missed a lot.

I am catching back up though. Act 7, 8 and necro are explored. I did 1 abyss run.

I have dabbled in act 6 when I have extra energy after EQ.

Variants are not that hard anymore with the champs we are able to have. I remember doing the ultron variant with R4 five stars before my break. Now I have R3 7 stars. Much easier.

Eventually everything will get there. Just taking some time.

If that's what floats your boat. I'm sure there were people back in the day that only did the 1v1 duels every so often and quit when those went away. Everyone is entitled to play whatever parts of the game they like, and are free to ignore whichever parts they don't like.

Just as long as they understand there is no part of the game that no one likes, and whatever they don't like, however difficult, however restrictive, however unrewarding it might seem, is not necessarily broken, it is just there for someone else.

Once upon a time I thought I would never get around to doing Labyrinth of Legends or similar long form content. Then I did Necropolis.
