Legends Title

I recently mailed Kabam asking for information about the legends Title and how to get it in 2024
I've come back to game after quite a long time and I don't really know the criteria to get it.
So kabam responded to me telling me to do Heroic and master mode in the monthly Event quest.
I'm still confused here hoping that it is "Proven" & "Conqueror" if that's what they mean, also can I know in how many hours I need to get it done?

    Yes it is proven + conqueror now. You only have until Wednesday to get it done for this month.

    It is proven and conqueror. From what I’ve seen anything sub two and a half hours is very likely to get the title.

    Wait so you just have to do completion runs of proven and conquerer under 2 1/2 hours?
