I love Kabam Support, they helped me with an issue two days ago. Your response and my recent positive experience encouraged me to try to restore my keys as well. Although, my situation is a bit different.

My ticket was resolved about a day later... 24ish hours.

You really won't need a ticket, you will get 4 extra keys later on today.
