My account was vanished and I am now login into a begginer old account

Greetings Summoners,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share a distressing situation I've encountered with my Marvel Contest of Champions (MCoC) account. A few days ago, my game became unresponsive and stuck on a login screen. Following some online advice, I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Unfortunately, upon attempting to log in via both Google Play and Kabam's account, I found myself connected to an old account from several years ago. Both my Kabam and Google Play accounts are now linked to this outdated profile, whereas my active, level 42+ account is inaccessible.

Complicating matters, I'm uncertain whether I initially created my main account through a Google Account, Facebook, or another method (cant remember if this is posible). Now, despite my best efforts to resolve the issue with Kabam's support, I find myself at an impasse. Their security questions, centered around first purchases, achievements, and account creation dates, seem to be tied to the older, unused account.

I have diligently provided responses, attached in-game screenshots, Google Play transaction histories, and Kabam email correspondences, but Kabam's support insists that I have failed to adequately prove my identity.

My primary concern is that both the old and current accounts might be associated with my email address. Consequently, I fear that my responses to security questions may inadvertently be linked to the outdated account, hindering the confirmation of my true identity.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Are there alternative support channels available for resolving such matters? Perhaps an email address or contact number where direct assistance can be sought? I have invested considerable time, effort, and financial resources into my active account, and the thought of losing it is distressing.

Any guidance or shared experiences would be immensely appreciated.

Is your 42+ lvl account linked to your kabam account? If it is, you can go to settings log out of the current one and choose kabam account in login options.

Can say, I've had this happen before.
To save you the drag, that account is gone. Lost forever.
My first account I made, wasn't logged into a Google account and one day I clicked the "sign in" button to try n connect it to a Google account.
Then it said "this account is already logged in" I clicked "continue" and it loaded me onto a brand new account.
I tried everything but there was nowhere to find my account.
Ibe started fresh 3 times total now. Switching account (to my ult/backups) still gives a bad feeling in the gut. At the fact I could lose my main again.
REMEBER: NEVER CLCIK ANY LOG IN BUTTONS WITH POOR CONNECTION, IT ENDS BADLY

I can´t find my 42+ account anywhere. I´ve tried to login, change the password and when trying to login via Kabam, they simply don´t show me two accounts as it suppose to. It´s like my only account linked is this old one that I dont use and it´s in lvl 26 with no developing. Im starting to think that I only had only this old account linked.

That´s so stressful to read. I spent some real money and time on my main account and now the thing is gone? What is more stressful is that via Kabam support team they can locate my account but Im failing to reply those questios with accuracy as Im probably mixing information between both accounts when replying them. For example: The date you`ve created your account. I went through my e-mail and found a "Kabam Welcome e-mail" dated from 2016. This is probably the date I´ve created this non-active account. But it´s just absurd that I can´t confirm my indentity in any other form. For instance, I´ve shared with them several receipts from purchadsed done on the account Im trying to recover and yet, they are saying Im failing to confirm. That´s so frustrating.

Thank you so much for assisting. Man, I so stressed with this that I´m starting to think my developed account (the one Im trying to recover) was not connected in any form. But how come? The thing is: Kabam´s support team are managing to find my account as I shared receipts, a printscreen with my Champions and everything else I could share. But Im yet failing to show them I am the owner. I opened several tickets and give them as many replies they are asking me. Show them my two first purchases and the amount spent etc.. If Im not manage to retrieve that account I wont start again. I will drop and let it be...

After six long months, after giving up for a while, I finally managed to recover my account with the help of Kabam's support team. Thank you everyone for the responses and assistance.
