It seems the daily objectives for the POOLIES EVENT weren't clearly explained to players. Despite completing all 4 objectives daily, if summoners only claimed 2 rewards, it will result in only 2 newer objectives spawning the next day instead of 4, causing missed rewards. Players who didn't claim objectives risked losing out on new ones, as the system couldn't display more than 4 at a time. This flaw penalized dedicated players and jeopardized progress in the Solo Red Carpet event, leading to a potential loss of rewards.

Why would you not claim your poolies? It's literally just the click of a button
It's plain and simple. There seem to be lots of players who Kabam serves who play the game on impulsive reactionary decisions. Be the first to get this or that. Be first to jump at anything and everything that drops.
And then there are other players who are more organized and strategic in the way they play this game.
To answer the simple why I don't claim them? Perhaps when you have 40x large bricks of ISO expiring every 3 days despite using tons of them during Level Up and then achieve a Top 1% reward each occurrence (for 6th consecutive weeks), a common sense player would try to slow down the accumulation of ISOs on expiring the same exact time/day.

You can't read if you think I missed the objective. Not claiming after completing isn't the same as not doing them and missing them.

An organized person would know not claiming means no new objectives. An organized would read the in game mail. An organized person would be able to manage their time and know when to claim rewards. You don't sound organized. You sound like a procrastinator.

You say the huge cost incurred by an unexplained interface quirk is a “design flaw,” but it seems clear after reading Miike’s comments that it is a deliberate strategy to induce spending. What else could it mean that they wouldn’t have made the rewards as good if there were grace days? Explaining the mechanics would result in fewer players falling short and spending to make up the difference.

If the game is showing you that you have completed an objective and can claim the rewards, why wouldn't you take half a second to press a button? I'm not sure how Kabam can help you to press a glowing green button when it's available.
These poolie objectives can usually be finished in a matter of minutes each day. I finished all four of mine today in 5 duels. Once I was done, I spent 10 second pressing the glowing green buttons and claiming the rewards.
At some point people need to realize that you have to do some stuff on your own. There isn't always going to be a helper around.
I would have really loved the event if the objectives could be self claimed like the summoner camp event But i myself lost so much of rewards just becoz I didn't claim it even after completion. I feel the pain but also agree that it was our fault as it's a human error, I'm not gonna disagree. But the event has costed many players a loss of account changing rankups and openings free of cost, so not being able to get them for any reason, besides not completing the objectives shall be unfair, meaning they shall be getting grace period or the objectives shall be featured to be auto claimable ones
It can’t be auto claimed as there are selectors that require input on each objective reward
Auto claim the poolies. Then we can immediately select from the selectors as they were also claimed at the same time. I don't think this could cause any trouble as the iso selectors don't bear anything of extremely high value which can't be sold

So free or $30.
