Alliance war rating bug

We noticed during off season some wars increased our war rating and others gave us no war rating advancement. Anyone else have this issue? our multiplier also didn't increase despite winning every war during off season. We war during offseason to increase both our rating and multiplier but we literally got screwed out of both. Any Kabam reps here have any info on this? What will the compensation be and are you going to fix our rating before season starts. We are currently at 2554




rating but should be over 2800 with our wins.

    What tier are you because t5+ doesn’t change in offseason

    @Tx_Quack_Attack6589 We are tier 4, but we have always done wars during off season and increased our rating. If you notice in the pictures I posted some wars gave us an increased war rating and others did not. Even if the multiplier didn't change, our war rating should have gone up per fight. Never had this issue until now, when all the war bugs started happening last season. Second to last war during season also didn't increase the rating even though we won

    Off season wars don’t change war rating in t5 plus as I said before, the war last week that was supposed to be start of season was incorrect in affecting war rating

    That's not what you said. You said the multiplier tier does not change during off season if an alliance is T5+. If the war rating does not change as well then how do you explain our rating going up for off season wars 3 times? Look at the screen shots. Some wars raised the war rating and others did not. This happened WHILE being in T5+ multiplier. As I have stated before, we always war during off season to raise war rating. It has always gone up, except this past off season, where it went up some wars and not others.

    The one in your pics saying 21 days ago was final regular season war last season (so WR adjusts).

    The one 4 days ago was 1st war in new season (seen because 3 days separate that 7 vs 4 days).

    The only one of consequence was the 16 days ago.
    That war was the one that incorrectly applies WR change, when it should NOT have.
    Kabam Sid that at some point (might not be before start of season last week), that they will re-adjust affected Ally’s WR number.

    They won't be able to do anything about subsequent wars outcomes, points, etc, from being in wrong Tier, but at least going forward (eventually) you might (***) have that WR # adjusted going forward.

    (***) maybe NOT for Ally’s like yours that actually Won the war and had a WR increase. You guys are actually better off (closer to next higher tier, etc).
    It is mainly for teams that LOST that was and had WR DROP when it shouldn’t have (and so maybe the correction will only be to teams that lost ??)

    Note, if in prior offseason, you had been in lower Tiers, that may be why you remember WR being adjusted every war in off-season. That doesn’t happen now that you are higher.
    (*unless there are times you are crossing back-n-forth between 5 and 6)
