  For the 4* hulkbuster relic specifically, it is best on a star lord that has the mantis synergy since he has the most potent single shock effect in the tech class.
  
  For those who don't know, 4* Hulkbuster has a rune effect that increases the potency of 1 shock by like 40%, then it has to wait 25 seconds for that cooldown. With star lord using mantis synergy, depending on the AI, you're only throwing a sp2 every 20-30 seconds, so having the HB relic means you're going to be increasing that already potent shock by a lot more. It is a fun interaction.

  @AntoseumX , This is a great idea. Usually I just tried to see to use what the suggestion says but I like that this list shows other champs that could benefit from it

  I like to have as many options as possible, however I find more posts complaing about relics than posts trying to maximize their usefulness haha

  This is why I don't use Relics (or haven't yet) - none of these "most useful champs" are champs that I currently use to get through the content (Scorpion, CGR, Nimrod, and Bishop would maybe be close to the only ones in that entire list) and the game designers just have not done a good job introducing them to us. I've even watched a few videos and I still a) don't fully get its usefulness and b) am just generally confused about the whole thing.

  Theres been a couple questions about this i,ll revive the thread now with don,t some relics have diferente abilities at diferente star ratings some relics are only useful to a certain character at a certain star rating (like domino/archangel + Wolverine increced bleed potency)

  I think the hulk relic can increase spot's red damage? Not sure tho I have to test it.
  
  I'm very interested in this thread and hope a lot more insights get added here. With more and more people getting 5 and 6 star relics it seems some players are already seeing the benefit of the higher tier relics. Interested in how they may pair with champions beyond the 3 listed for each relic and their effects beyond a simple combo extender.

  Gambit 4* and up have an increase in crit which makes most mutants hit harder alot harder for example namor & colossis (who never crit enough lets face it )but with gambit syn Namor & Colos turn into absolute beasts.
  
  My fav as it makes gambit 7* out of the usless teir and puts him God teir mSsjve improvement he takes down winter soldier in less than 50 hits
  
  Gambit is easily my fav relic to use

  i kinda like gambit's incresed physical resistance relic on him. Blocking a lot with arch so it is good to take less damage
