Will that Vicious passive stack? I would do Parry, Heavy hold for Vicious and Bleeds, Hold Heavy again to get Vicious again and bleeds should still accumulate from the first Heavy, and then interrupt with SP1.
Even if the vicious passive did stack, you only have a 2 second window to trigger genetic manipulation again and get two extra bleeds on yourself before the rest of the bleeds expire, this would require an unrealistic amount of AI cooperation so I doubt it lol. The most you'll probably be able to get per sp1 rotation is 8 degens if you run Sinister relic, otherwise probably just 7.
I want to try Parry, Heavy hold, back off and bait for a bit to build up some bleeds, Parry, Heavy hold again, interrupt with SP1 or just throw the SP1 raw if they're not cooperating.

If you get perfect AI and do that yes you could get about 9, 10 with the relic, and 11 with relic after sp1 bleed but that's the most you can get. I think for the most part it's going to be too risky and it overcomplicates things too much though so you're better off just going for heavy 7 bleeds sp1 into degens and then another heavy 7 bleeds relic for 1 extra bleed and sp1 into degens again those last 9 degens should be enough to end the fight.

The sp2 and 3 should still be useful for shutting off abilities and power steal
Silly question, but does the damage reduction from bleed make him a viable bullseye counter now?
He's definitely going to be a top Bullseye counter yes: 1. As you mentioned bleeds suffer -100% potency. 2. He gains Bulwark buffs on well timed blocks. 3. His regen triggers even through block, that means every single time you block Bullseye's specials you will regen 70% of all damage. 4. If Bullseye purifies your degens, you will start lowering his purify aar and eventually he won't be able to purify anything other than stuns while in killer instinct.
That pretty much sums it up, only thing he can't counter is killer instinct so he probably won't be the quickest (not like it matters cause we're getting Negasonic this same month and she will be very fast) but he will be able to finish with over 90% health easily.
Edit: DDL says the damage is output is actually really good and it will pay off, I'm taking him to r5 now I won't hesitate 🙃

If the AI doesn't cooperate for the 2nd Heavy setup, I'd throw the SP1 anyway from afar and let the degen do what it do. It's pretty safe now, and I don't see any reason for that to change.

Cheers mate, breaks it down nicely.
I was thinking the same thing, not just for bully but I think MrS gonna be a general pain in the ass

No I meant like if they decide to throw a special out of nowhere or something. You'd need to have them at literally 0 bars just to set up the rotation this way, that could potentially waste more time and do more harm than good if the defender refuses to throw their special before you start with the heavies. I don't know we'll see, I don't think it will be viable personally but I could be wrong.

You're welcome, as you can see I really like the character so that's why I already memorized everything in the buff lmao anyways I also forgot to mention, if you have recovery 3
You can get his regen up to 85% instead of 70%, not a must have but it's a nice bonus if you want to use him as a Bullseye counter mainly.
And yes, he's going to be a tougher defender now overall even though he has more hard counters as well.

I got you. The way things are looking, you'll spend almost the entire fight with a bleed on you for willpower healing, so I might be inclined to take more risks and heal up. I wonder how likely it is that the degens are modified attack and not base?
I don't see it mentioned in the update/buff, but I really hope it shows you in the pre-fight screen what champion types you've already defeated. Everything else I'm fine/happy with.

It should, since the sig ability says you start with 3 random effects
Looks like they’ve removed the Masterminds synergy; @Kabam Miike is this correct?
It could have just been missed off on the spotlight page. Previous spotlights specifically called out any changes to synergies (like Starky's with Iron Man).
Masterminds is a very good synergy and it would be a shame if it had to go.

DLL did say the synergies are staying the same however

I think for the three random effects, that they will show up briefly when you start the fight like his genetic code does now [like .5 seconds] then disappear. I don't think that they will show the three random effects on the pre-fight screen.

It would be nice if they showed up when you paused.
