Incursions doubt

How this node works? Will it remove all debuffs and apply incenerate to the attacker or to the defender? I find it difficult to understand this as I'm not a native speaker

There are not many pro-attacker node buffs, and since it mentions it being based on Defender's Base Attack Rating, I would assume this Incinerate would get put on to the Attacker.

If it were a pro-attacker buff, then damage would probably be listed as based on Attacker's attack rating.

it has a CHANCE to convert non-damaging debuffs on DEFENDER and apply incinerates to DEFENDER

eg. defender has 10 power sting debuffs and you knock them down

then some of the power stings get converted to incinerates

EDIT: think of it as the game FLOOR IS LAVA

the one falling in LAVA ( getting knocked down ) gets the incinerates
