Single BG AW with Rotation

I'm wondering whether any alliances out there do a single BG AW but rotate participants in and out through the season?
My alliance has about 14 active AW participants and that's not sustainable for 2 BGs but too many for 1 - so we thought we'd try a single BG but rotate some players in and out through the season so they all get their 5 and some can take a break...but in the current model of persistent defenders, I'm not sure how or if that would work.
Does anyone else do it like this and would you possibly be willing to explain how you manage it?

So every 3 wars or every 6.
For simples youi could go the first 10 then swap out 4 after 6 wars.
For harder you could go the first 10 then swap out 4 every 3 wars.
But until then (and potentially even after that's available), it may just be better to run 2 BG.
Even though you may not win as much, the overall points (toward Season Rank) will probably be higher than running 1 BG and getting wins.
And make sure to have player's utilize their UNDO MOVE (yellow dot back to where they just moved from) each war, if there are empty segments (or even just 1 empty spot prior to a defender in a segment) to at least capture more Explore and free/full Attack Bonus for the empty nodes, prior to UNDO'ing and then taking the path with actual defenders on it.
I'm not sure how seriously your alliance does AW or if you have a full 30 members. But if you have 30 and aren't super gung ho about AW, I'd recommend having the whole alliance place defenders and those that want to fight, participate in the attack phase. With persistent placement, you can just pop defenders onto the map, leave them, and essentially forget about them. The only place those defenders can't be used is in AQ.
My alliance does this. It allows all 30 members to get individual AW rewards as well as season rewards. Members can join attack or not. With us attack is optional but encouraged. We usually finish somewhere between a 5-7 and 8-4 record each season and fluctuate between Gold 4 and Gold 6. It's low stress and everyone benefits.
