    Must have thought that Pacific Time is the other direction from Eastern Time.
    Asked this right after 3 hours BEFORE 11 EDT, instead of the other way.

    Seems to work either way, either in ALL CAPS, or just 1st letter of each word is Cap.

    Thus the confusion last time where it worked different ways for different people, maybe was already setup last time to accept either way.
