  You can only use saga tagged champions. Both kitty & hulkling don't have the tag

  You need to filter the champs by Saga tag champs. As @willrun4adonut and @Giantwalrus56 said you have the wrong champs to enter the Saga incursion sector.

  Symbol on the Right will always indicate that there are Champ Requirements that have to be met.
  Same for normal, monthly, or side quests too.
  
  Basically (Saga champs), look for extra icon on left of a champ's profile.
