Hero Heritage Bundle

I bought the Hero Heritage Bundle on the Summoners Market but there seems to be a problem.
In the description it stated you get 2 x 5* Patriot, so I figured he would be awakened, but mine is not.
Was I wrong in this assumption, or is it a mistake? - this is the first time I've ever bought such an item (won't have time for the arenas the coming days 🤨) so I'm not sure.

    Did you close/reopen your game afterwards to check again ?

    These things (stuff you get) seems to have problems this year, where they don’t show up right away.
    Close/reopen (or even wait a bit) then they seem to show up correctly.

    I waited / reopened and switched between accounts and nothing.... BUT after reading your response, I figured I'd check again... and Yes, now he's awakened 😉👍

    So,.... nvm 🙄🤪
