Missing new BG seasons rewards

in Bugs and Known Issues
I didn't get rewards u get at start of new bg season. Im at silver 4 , i got message when i opened bg about rewards but i didn't actually got those . I hope u will fix this issue

    Did you play your 5 matches yet (and not just forfeit them) to earn the rewards ?

    It's also been taking a little while after you do that before they show up.
    And then when they do, they might be in your Stash-Rewards. Or go directly into inventory.
    Check your Elder's Marks totals, and remember there is a 9000 Max amount of Marks you can hold.

    I thought I had the same issue but after exiting the game and restarting - was able to find it in my stash to claim.
