I had an account that was started on 15 June 2015 and I used to play in IOS. Fast forward now I no longer use ios but I found a mail from kabam saying thank you for signing in which means i have signed in to kabam with that particular mail account. I tried to login to that account and it worked. I had shuri vs namor tutorial fight but suddenly i couldn't attack at all even when i use the special attacks namor wont take any damage, so i closed the game and reopened it then it shows the crystal summoning with a writing showing coming soo. Any know fix to this issue?.

    I assume it's on a different device, with a fresh new DOWNLOAD of game .

    Did you go into Crystals screen, and try to open an old crystal you had ?
    (maybe the crystal was out of date ?)

    I had this issue a while back, with my account from a couple years ago. The only solution for me was doing a complete fresh install and creating a new account. Unless you can find another solution, you probably have to say goodbye to that account, sorry.

    Did you go into Crystals screen, and try to open an old crystal you had ?
    (maybe the crystal was out of date ?)

    Nah this screen popped up just after the tutorial, I couldn't do anything else.

    Daamn that's sad, is the same problem continuing after updates. Did you ask for support from kabam??

    You said 2015 used to play on iOS.

    I asked, so what device now ?? If not iOS, I assume then it is a different device than what you used to use ?

    Had *THIS* device ever had the game installed on it in the past ?

    ***as in, if this device had the game installed on it from years ago, and you just came back to this device as well, did you only do a game UPDATE on it ?
    Or did you do a complete INSTALL, without any prior version of game still sitting around installed on it from a while ago ??

    Game UPDATES are meant to “patch” an existing install's game files on your device with just the stuff that has changed.
    But if those files are from long time ago, this “patchwork update” may very well have problems.

    So UNINSTALL, reboot, then do a brand new INSTALL (that will then get the complete game files, without any old stuff lying around on your device for the game).

    You can still login to the game using your prior login (email address) and password. That user account stuff is store on Kabam servers, not on your device itself.

    Oh am using samsung phone and I installed this game before 2 or 3 yrs on this device, started a new account and was playing on that until last month I simply decided to check whether I can login to my old account.

    I will try uninstalling and rebooting. One more information, to check whether it is a device problem I tried logging in through bluestacks and this issue still persist.

    Oh, don’t use BlueStacks.
    That is not allowed, and can result in account being banned.

    Oh mb. I tried uninstall and reboot, but after installing and starting the game it auto logged into my current account. When I logged out and logged into my old account it still shows the same problem. After installing I should have logged directly into my old account??

    I did that and they said they have filed a comprehensive report to the appropriate team. They wont be able to give any updates through that ticket and told to check ingame mail and forums for updates.

    Telling me to check the ingame mail when I already told them I cant do anything in that account. I dont think they properly read my texts.
