Can’t delete certain mails in inbox

Hey all, it’s been a while, thought of checking back into the game for a bit.

I like having a clean inbox, I can’t stand seeing the red numbers, but now I have AW mails whose rewards have expired, so I can’t claim the rewards, but, also, the game doesn’t let me delete them since they contain ‘unclaimed rewards’.

Any help would be appreciated
