Giveaway email form bugged?

The email form at https://playcontestofchampions.com/giveaway seems bugged. I have tried to enter my email several times through out the day today and every time I get a message “ Sorry! There was a problem. Please try another email or try again later.” Initially I thought the site was just overloaded b/c it was just announced on the live stream today, but it is still not working for me almost 4 hrs later. Is this just me or not working for everyone?

    I can't get the form to work with the email address associated with my Kabam account. Any other email address works fine.

    Interesting bit about emails that had a period in them (and I’m assuming that did NOT refer to the period as part of DOT COM.
    (issue you mentioned, which sounds like that was fixed very soon after that first day).

    But most of these cases I believe are probably because they don’t actually have a Kabam ID setup with the SAME email address as what they are trying to use here on Giveaway signup page (or same problem for WebStore as well).

    Has to be the email address (and password) AS REGISTERED for your IN-GAME player account.

    And NOT just the email that you use for your Game/Play Center account (if that is what you use to log into game with). It actually has to be a linked KABAM ID.

    Are you able to use that same info to login to the WebStore for claiming free crystals, promo codes, or buy offers from the WebStore ?

    Yes, I login every day or two because some days it doesn't require a fresh login but every time it is with the same email address.

    I tried on my phone using Chrome (which is what I use to access the crystals from the webstore and it works there) and on my desktop using Microsoft Edge. Same problem/error message on both devices.

    my account is linked to kabam and I use it to play and to access the website to get the free crystals, but I can't access the website https://playcontestofchampions.com/giveaway/?utm_source=ple&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=EarlyBirdAnnouncement what to do?     I’m on an iPhone and still having the error. It’s not saying I’m already signed up, it’s saying error. I’m entering the same email I use to log into the web store regularly.



    My in-game name is the same as my forum name if the team could check my account to see if the email for my account is signed up for the giveaway or not.

    Chrome and brave on Android. Same error on both.

    I have tested it now on Windows with chrome and firefox as well. The same result. It didn't work for me.
