What's all the fuss about?

Today, I decided to learn tigra. I had been told by many that she was difficult to master (and then proceed to say they're one of the few people who were good at it). I gave it a go and...she's rly easy to use. Punish specials with heavies, miss projectiles and keep your 2 buffs up. Too easy. What's all the fuss about?

Gaining the ruptures is hard against non-mystic opponents, depending on the champion that you face, I’ve had a r4 sig 150 Tigra for ages and I’m still using her, I haven’t given up but my motivation to use her has decreased.

Non mystics? You mean non cosmics?

Well different champs have different special animations and some (Most) of them create huge distance during their specials so you end up whiffing a heavy attack and leave you open for the opponent to attack, Unless you minimize the distance between you and opponent by throwing a medium or light attack in the middle of their special attack. Not to mention about champs with both contact and non contact hits on their specials (like serpent). Sounds complex, right?

Not rly. Heavy and lights during specials aren't hard to achieve

Do tell us which enemies you have used tigra against as of now 🤣
That'll give us more options to humble you

That's true lol. I'll try her on as many champs and adjust my opinion from there lol

That's just unnecessarily dismissive lol. Spacing is very complicated and important for Tigra. Nobody just suddenly masters her out of nowhere.

Yeah, fair. I did some more research and realised she's a bit more complicated. As punishment for my stupidity, I'll force myself to master tigra XD

Once you've mastered her, do the Carina's Challenge with her. Then tell us if you've mastered her.

@Awesomep12 kudos to you for getting called out and realizing it! Tigra’s an awesome champ, glad you’re enjoying, but also glad you listened to the well intentioned cautions here.

I’ve been exactly in your spot before (with Tigra, and others); do a rank up and fall in love, and then go from “oh I GOT this” to “I absolutely don’t got this entirely’. choice is either to write the, off, OR, take the time to learn. and I -wrap ally don’t like wasting the rank up.

bet you in a month you’re better at piloting her than I am; keep us updated?

Thanks bud. Normally people just get more mad but thank you. Goat!

Sadly no lol. Most players who use him think he doesn't have a Sp1 or Sp3 because Sp2 is all that exists. Which is fine. But he's so much more than a hard-hitting Sp2 lol.

Yeah I love his other Rotation. He finishes fights almost too fast. It's like...BAM! You're dead

I still don't know how to use CGR.
    I always dex before the Sp2 😔
I tried searching slayer of gods vids but I couldn't find any that teach you how NOT to accidentally dex

Here's a rotation for you, in bgs.

    Parry, heavy.
    Parry, MLLLL

By this time, opponent is less than a bar of power if they don't have any passive power gain.
If opponent is above a bar of power, play carefully and try to reparry instead of dex.

    Parry, MLLLM. Then sp2.

Now opponent is under damination, but don't rush. Bait a special before the damination if you can, otherwise throw a combo.

After Damination, throw a MLLLL, Thor relic (must), then MLLLM into another sp2. Enough for any bg sized healthpools.

If you bait and dex a special during damination you can still get precisions.
