JUST A REMINDER... TUNE UP PATRIOT KABAM!

Just a reminder for Kabam that Patriot needs a tune up. Lacks utility outside of 1 matchup and his main source of damage, his Special 2, doesn't have guaranteed crits. The 3 main hits of his SP2 don't crit a lot of the time, and when an SP2 hit doesn't crit, it will land for 5k damage... as a 7* Rank 2... and to ramp him up, only for his main source of damage to crit for 1/3 of the SP2 hits is laughable. Like I said... none crit SP2 hits do 5k damage... literally. This guy is in dire need of a tune up/buff Kabam. The skill class needs it. His reversal ability is super fun to do and an overall good mechanic... don't waste it. Patriot and Silver Sable rebalance to save the skill class!

    Also as a skill champ he cannot really counter evade or auto block, so I think he’d benefit from a slow or true accuracy on sp1.

    @captain_rogers that doesn’t even rhyme 💀& I agree, the direct counter attackers do often suck… and for obvious reasons.

    Yeah skill class is falling behind, just like tech. Only good skill champ this year is Bullseye, so Bullseye>Patriot>Sable

    They’re very undertuned damage wise. Leader would be great with more damage, Arcade would be great with more damage, Negasonic would be great if she had more damage. I’m not trying to argue they’re mid on the utility side because they’re genuinely great there, but the damage is so bad that I’d never use them

    Yeah I get that, I’ve said elsewhere I want Leader to get a damage tune up, but his damage is honestly far from unusable as is anyways. Hes been clearing bg fights for me in ~70-80 seconds in last season’s indomitable meta where he couldn’t reverse regen, and he gets closer to 60 second fights if he can. Plus if the opponent has even a bit of power gain or regen (like in this season’s vt meta, which doesn’t even have that potent power gain) he can run away with the game.



    But yeah splitting hairs and all that. Hope they give his sp3 a bit of juice.

    You just need a 2-3 syllable word followed by "it".

    I think one way to increase Arcade’s damage is for each token to grant a bit of attack rating, alongside the dot potency.

    Just a new idea, but his unique block proficiency ability could work for every class instead of just science. That would be cool.

    I pulled him from a titan a while back. Mediocre champ to begin with, now made entirely useless by the AI. I don’t think there’s any way the balance team can rehabilitate him unless there are major changes to the kit. Finessing the numbers won’t do anything if he remains so dependent on the AI’s cooperation.
