Ascended Electro in action and he hits surprisingly hard, especially when he crits. Are we sleeping on a potential science powerhouse? Does he need a buff?

    He needs some utility, something like applying shocks on contact and use it for huge damage during specials. these shocks should reduce regen and abilitypower rateor something like that.

    Or maybe applying shocks to himself, he should also have some base energy resistance as well

    Maybe he’s the science rework champ this year

    As I said on a thread before, Electro is a champ that few people talk about.

    He should have same potency as Storm Sp.1 that can take 50% of rival health
