If damageis the only consideration then thor would be top 5 cosmic.

He needs some utility, something like applying shocks on contact and use it for huge damage during specials. these shocks should reduce regen and abilitypower rateor something like that.

Or maybe applying shocks to himself, he should also have some base energy resistance as well

Players may have slept on Doom or Kate for a few weeks or months, but I feel pretty confident that we are not suddenly going to have our eyes opened to a 9 year old champ that requires max everything to do anything. Even in that first fight, there are many champs that crit higher on a medium than he did on his sp2.

I got cooked by an Electro in BGs last night lol.. Had him down to 30% health with Hulkling and hit him with a special 2 and that static shock took me to MCOC BG heaven immediately

As I said on a thread before, Electro is a champ that few people talk about.

He should have same potency as Storm Sp.1 that can take 50% of rival health
